The Investment
Membership in The Foundry is a conscious decision to engage at the highest level of leadership. The commitment is for a full calendar year, beginning January 2026. The annual investment is $25,000.
This is not a seminar or a subscription. It is a covenant to show up with candor, to contribute at the level of your peers, and to approach systemic challenges with the same rigor you bring to your business.

The Process of Consideration
Entry into The Foundry is by application and invitation only. The process is designed to protect the caliber of the council and ensure absolute alignment.
STEP 1 - Application Submission:
Complete the confidential application form. Your responses help us understand your leadership context and systemic challenges.
STEP 2 - Private Interview:
Selected applicants will be invited to a one-on-one conversation with our facilitators. This is a candid dialogue to determine mutual fit, not a sales call.
STEP 3 - Council Selection:
Final membership decisions are made collectively and communicated with discretion. Only twelve leaders will be invited to join for the 2026 council year.
Confidentiality Statement
